Star dancers bring light to Moroccan orphans

To help sick, deprived or abandoned children, the Swiss association “The What Dance Can Do Project” involves volunteer dancers.

Pride is evident on the beaming faces of Marwa and Safa. Dressed in tunics with a chiffon skirt and soft canvas slippers, the twins are ready to join the dance.

In the room with its huge mirror, floor mats have been laid out on the tiles, waiting only for the children. A few stifled laughs break the silence. But the girls don’t take their eyes off the young blonde woman in black tights and a thin gray sweater who is adjusting the audio amplifier.
